How to connect your courier account to Shipbubble

 

When you sign up on Shipbubble, there are a few options to get started with courier partners.

If you already have a registered account with courier partners we already work with, you can connect that existing account and your pre-agreed rates will apply. If you work with a courier partner who is not yet onboarded on Shipbubble, we can work with you to bring them on board so you can keep your rates and still enjoy all Shipbubble has to offer.

Here are the steps to do this:

1. Log in to your Shipbubble dashboard at app.shipbubble.com.

2. Click on couriers from the menu on the left-hand side.

3. Then click on the Connect courier button.

4. When you click on the Connect courier button, you will be presented with an array of options to choose from. If you have an account with any of the courier partners on the list, simply click on them and enter the required information. See examples in the images below.

5. Once all required information has been provided and submitted, your courier account will be successfully linked, and you can carry on shipping.

6. If you do not find your courier partner on the list, please click on Custom couriers instead and then on Add custom courier.

7. On this page, you will find a list of third-party courier partners. If your courier is on this list, please click on the Add button next to their name. They will be sent a request and will show up on your custom courier list once they accept.


8. If you don’t find your courier on the custom courier list, you can send them an invite to join Shipbubble. Once they receive the invite, we will work to bring them on board and make sure you continue to have a seamless shipping experience.

9. Once your custom courier account has been successfully added, you will be able to see pre-agreed rates for each custom courier on your dashboard. These are the rates that will be applied to your customers' orders at checkout. Pre-agreed rates for each custom courier on your dashboard will show a plug icon right beside it.
